What Has Changed and What Remains
Due to COVID, the holidays look different for all of us this year, and this can bring up varying emotions. For some, not being around family is a great relief, and for others, a source of deep grief. While some are developing new traditions with immediate family, others are feeling the loss of traditions left undone.
Even among the changes, there are things that remain. A walk around the block, journaling with a good cup of coffee, or calling a friend. Even a good cry is helpful in releasing what we might be keeping stored up. These practices are accessible for all of us, no matter the place we find ourselves in.
If you need someone to process this season with, celebrate with, or grieve with, our seasoned therapists are ready to walk with you. Head to the book an appointment tab and schedule and appointment today.
